All levels of movers and all genders welcome!

We learn basic technique, classical Persian rhythms and learn a piece of choreography created for the course over the 4 weeks. Each session will include a warm up and cool down.

The focus is on learning flow and isolation and responding to Classical Persian rhythms - as well as having fun!
